Currently my schedule is very limited in the ability to accept new clients. This survey helps plan a bit for your visit to Moxie. It gives me a base line of where we will be starting, what you are looking for, how much time to schedule and how often you will need an appointment.
Once I receive this form I'll email you back with either a referral to a moxie stylist or information on how to schedule and appointment with me.

At the time of appointment request I do require images of your hair, and hair "wish" pics of what you are hoping to achieve. Your wish pictures can be goals for cut, color, or both. Images can be screenshots from Pinterest, Instagram, or friends. Take into consideration your hair type. Many pictures are of beach waves, is that something you will do to style your hair on the regular? Highlights will look different on curly, wavy, or straight hair types. These images are for internal office use only and are never shared.
