WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Are you a passionate, driven, and newly graduated hairstylist or soon to be, ready to launch your career in the beauty industry? Do you have big dreams and the ambition to perfect your craft? If you're excited about learning from the best and want to grow into a top-tier stylist, we want YOU on our team! Our paid training program is designed for recent cosmetology graduates. During your time in the program, you will learn how to provide a premium guest experience by working hands-on with our stylists. This coaching and mentoring program will give you an incredible advantage in starting your career. This program is 8-12 weeks long because let’s face it- you want to be doing what you love as quickly as possible.

Sell your own retail: Shelf space for independent stylists; employee positions, sell through affiliate links.

COMPENSATION

​

We believe in rewarding talent and hard work. That’s why we offer a generous compensation package tailored to your experience and performance: $16–$20/hour based on experience or 45% commission -- whichever earns you more! Plus: NO product fees! Get paid what you deserve, without hidden costs.

Ready to take the leap into booth rental but need a little guidance? We’ve got you covered. Moxie’s mentorship program is here to help new booth renters hit the ground running. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to sharpen your business skills, we provide the tools and support to help you build your brand and grow your client base.

Business Coaching: Learn how to manage your finances, market yourself effectively, and create a memorable experience for your clients. We’ll help you build the business you’ve always dreamed of.

Client Retention Tips: It’s not just about attracting clients—it’s about keeping them coming back for more. We’ll show you how to build lasting relationships that keep your chairs full.

Marketing Support: Get access to marketing resources, social media tips, and promotional strategies to help you stand out in a crowded industry.

COMPENTATIVE RENTAL RATES

​

Take your business to the next level with our competitive booth rental options. Designed with independent professionals in mind. Whether you're just starting out or looking for a space to grow your clientele we have full time and part time options: 

2 days at $180, 3 days at $250, or 4 days for $300.
